Student participation
The University will increase the number of activities and cooperation projects in sustainable development together with the students.
For the first time, student participation is an independent area in the university's action plan. Previously, student participation has been integrated in all target areas. The students are a natural part of the university's work on environment and sustainable development both in terms of integrating sustainable development into education (in accordance with Högskolelagen) but also when it relates to work with recycling and energy savings. There are also a variety of projects as directed or managed by students. Since 2005, theme days Sustainability organized for students on sustainable development and has now become a well-known annual event.
